Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order is placed it will be reviewed.

Fresh reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms and Conditions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We apologize, but currently we are unable to process and ship orders to destinations outside of the United States.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Business Days:

Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Due to the impact of COVID-19, we have made changes in the operations of our warehouse to best ensure the safety and well-being of our team. Thus, our warehouse is experiencing some delays that may impact your order. SHIPPING COSTS:

· Standard Shipping (Delivers in 7-10 business days): FREE on all orders through 4/3

· Express Shipping (Delivers in 3-6 business days): $19

· Priority Shipping (Delivers 1-3 business days): $22 - (Saturday delivery not available)

Shipping charges are based on order totals and Fresh offers free standard shipping on all orders through April 3rd, excluding tax and gift wrap.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico requires Express Shipping.

We can not deliver shipments to PO Boxes. Also please note that Fresh cannot ship perfumes to APO/FPO addresses as we can only ship to these addresses using United States Postal Service. We thank you for your understanding.
