Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order is placed it will be reviewed.

Fresh reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms and Conditions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We apologize, but currently we are unable to process and ship orders to destinations outside of the United States.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Business Days:

Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving.

Orders received by 11am EST on business days will be shipped the same day. Orders made after 11am EST will ship the following business day. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPMENT TIMING

SHIPPING COSTS:

· Standard Shipping (Delivers in 5-7 business days): $6. Fresh offers free Standard Shipping on orders $50+ (no code required), excluding tax and gift wrap.

· Express Shipping (Delivers in 3-4 business days): $19

· Priority Shipping (Delivers in 2-3 business days): $22

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico requires Express Shipping.

We can not deliver shipments to PO Boxes. Also please note that Fresh cannot ship perfumes to APO/FPO addresses as we can only ship to these addresses using United States Postal Service. We thank you for your understanding.
