How can I start receiving Auto-Replenish items?

Just click the “Add Replenishment” button and place your initial Auto-Replenishment order! Please note terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements for our Auto-Replenishment ordering program (“Auto-Replenish”) applies. Please read these Terms carefully.

How does Auto-Replenish work?

When you purchase product(s) and enroll in Auto-Replenish, you are signing up for the consecutive reshipment of your chosen products. You may select how often you would like your product(s) delivered to you.

Do I receive a discount for choosing Auto-Replenish?

On all Auto-Replenishment orders (initial and subsequent), you are eligible to receive a 10% discount on all subscribed products, as well as free Ground Shipping. Your order may contain a mixture of Auto-Replenishment items and one-time delivery items. However, only the Auto-Replenishment items will qualify for the 10% discount.

Do I receive free shipping with Auto-Replenish?

Free shipping only applies to the Ground Shipping option.

Can I choose any product to enroll in Auto-Replenish?

Only items where the Auto-Replenish option is available will qualify for replenishment benefits.

How do I enroll in Auto-Replenish?

You must be logged into a fresh.com account to submit an Auto-Replenishment order. Your credit/debit card details will be saved for future processing. By placing your initial Auto-Replenishment order, you are authorizing fresh to charge your chosen payment method for future orders at the frequency you have selected. Enrollment and discounts must occur on the initial transaction and cannot be applied to previous orders.

How are future orders processed?

After your first order, your Auto-Replenishment order will automatically create a new recurring order according to your chosen delivery schedule, until you cancel.

Will I receive a reminder before my next Auto-Replenishment order?

You will receive a pre-shipment email 5 days before the shipment of your next order that confirms the details of your order.

Can I cancel or edit a forthcoming Auto-Replenishment order?

You can edit or cancel your recurring order up until 10:00 AM Eastern Time, one day before your order is scheduled to be processed. For example, if you have an order scheduled to be processed on February 2nd, you have until 10:00 AM EST on February 1st to edit or cancel. If you do not cancel or change the delivery date of the recurring order in time, your Auto-Replenishment order will be processed as usual.

How can I cancel or edit a forthcoming Auto-Replenishment order?

You can edit or cancel your recurring order up until 10:00 AM Eastern Time, one day before your order is scheduled to be processed. If you’d like to cancel Auto-Replenishment for a particular order, please fill out our "Contact Us" web form and select “Modify Order” in the drop-down inquiry field. For faster processing, include your order number and details regarding why you’d like to cancel your order, then submit. A member of our customer service team will be in touch to help you complete your request. You may also cancel Auto-Replenishment in the "Replenishment" section of the "My Account" page on fresh.com. Cancelations will take effect within 36 hours.

Can I add promotional offers to my Auto-Replenishment Orders?

Gift with purchase promotions may apply to orders with Auto-Replenishment items on the initial order only. Discounted dollar-off or percentage-off promotions will not be applied to Auto-Replenishment items. fresh may, in its sole discretion, change the ability to combine Auto-Replenishment items with other promotions at any time.
