Auto-Replenish, Terms & Conditions

By clicking the “Add Replenishment” button and placing your initial replenishment order, you agree to accept these terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements for our auto-replenishment ordering program (“Auto-Replenish”). Please read these Terms carefully.

These Terms apply in addition to our general Terms of Use, including the arbitration and class action waiver within the Terms of Use, which are incorporated herein by reference.



When you purchase product(s) and enroll in Auto-Replenish, you are signing up for continuous shipments of such products. You may select how often you would like your product(s) delivered to you. On all Auto-Replenish orders (initial and subsequent), you are eligible to receive a 10% discount on all auto-replenishment products, as well as free Ground Shipping. Your order may contain a mixture of auto-replenishment items and one-time delivery items. However, only the auto-replenishment items will qualify for the 10% discount. Free shipping only applies to the Ground Shipping option.

Fresh, in its sole discretion, may alter, limit, or modify the Auto-Replenish rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility, or any other feature of Auto-Replenish, provided that we will send you an email at least fifteen (15) days before any material terms take effect (and provided the foregoing does not apply to any arbitration or class waiver terms that may apply to these Terms). Fresh may terminate Auto-Replenish at any time at its sole discretion, without prior notice.


Only items where the Auto-Replenish option is available will qualify for replenishment benefits. You must be logged into a account to submit an Auto-Replenish order. Your credit/debit card details will be saved for future processing. By placing your initial Auto-Replenish order you are authorizing fresh to charge your chosen payment method for future orders at the frequency you have selected. Enrollment and discounts must occur on the initial transaction and cannot be applied to previous orders.

Recurring Orders

Business Days:

After your first order, your replenishment order will automatically create a new order (recurring order) according to your chosen delivery schedule, until you cancel. You will receive a pre-shipment email 5 days before the shipment of your next order that confirms the details of your order.

You can edit or cancel your recurring order up until 10:00 AM Eastern Time, one day before your order is scheduled to be processed. For example, if you have an order scheduled to be processed on February 2nd , you have until 10:00 AM EST on February 1st to edit or cancel. If you do not cancel or change the delivery date of the recurring order in time, your replenishment order will be processed.

If you’d like to cancel Auto-Replenish or a particular order, please fill out our Contact Us Web Formand select “Modify Order” in the drop-down inquiry field. For faster processing, include your order number and details regarding why you’d like to cancel your order, then submit. A member of our customer service team will be in touch to help you complete your request. You may also cancel Auto-Replenish in the Replenishment section of the My Account page on

The total cost of each recurring order will be the cost of the items, less the 10% discount, plus sales tax, if applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. If a price is changed on a product on an active subscription, you will be notified of the price change via email and the new price will appear on your pre-shipment email (and you may cancel your shipment or your account if you do not wish to replenish at that price). If a product is listed at an incorrect price, fresh shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product with the incorrect price.

If an Auto-Replenish item is out of stock on its shipment date, that specific recurring order will be canceled, and you will be notified via email. Your credit/ debit card may reflect a pending transaction. This should be released within five (5) business days.

The replenishment promotion is not combinable with other promotions. They do not qualify for a gift with purchase or other promotional offers that may have been available when the initial replenishment order was placed. Recurring orders will not qualify for any sitewide promotions that are active during the time the order is processed.


Credit & debit cards are the only acceptable methods of payment for Auto-Replenish orders (initial and recurring). All alternative payment methods (e.g., PayPal, After Pay, eGift Cards) will not be available for use on shopping carts including Auto-Replenish products.

Credit/debit card failures (expired or canceled card) will result in a recurring order cancelation until the payment method is updated. You will receive a notification email five days and two days before your credit/debit card expires. To update the payment details, log in to your account on and access the Replenishment section. If no action is taken to update your credit or debit card, your next shipment will be canceled, and the replenishment order will be paused.

Credit Card Authorizations and Charges

When you enroll in Auto-Replenish, you agree to permit fresh to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. Before processing a recurring order, fresh will send an email notification including all order details (order processing date, items in the order, the total transaction amount, shipping address, and last four digits of the credit/debit card assigned to the replenishment order). You can edit or cancel your recurring order up until 10:00 AM Eastern Time, one day before your order is scheduled to be processed.


Auto-Replenish is only available on for specific items with the Auto-Replenish option.


Gift with purchase promotions may apply to orders with Auto-Replenish items on the initial order only. Discount promotions will not be applied to Auto-Replenish items. Fresh may, in its sole discretion, change the ability to combine Auto-Replenish items with other promotions without notice.

Gift Wrap

Auto-Replenish items are eligible for gift wrapping on the initial order but not recurring orders.

Replenishment Management and Cancellation

Auto-Replenish orders can be managed in the Replenishment section of the My Account page on You may also cancel your Auto-Replenishment account any time through that page, and that cancellation will take effect within 36 hours.

Please note, that you can edit or cancel your recurring order up until 10:00 AM Eastern Time, one day before your order is scheduled to be processed. If you do not cancel or change the delivery date of the recurring order in time, your replenishment order will be processed as scheduled.

In this section you can:

  • Modify the shipping frequency.
  • Modify the next shipment date.
  • Update the quantity of replenishment items.
  • Process the next order immediately.
  • Pause the replenishment.
  • Cancel the replenishment.
  • Edit the recipient's name, address, and credit/debit card details.

If you choose to process the next shipment immediately, it can take up to 72 hours (about 3 days) to ship. You will receive an email once the order has been shipped.

You cannot add an additional item to an already existing replenishment order. If you would like to add a new product to a Replenishment, we suggest placing a new Auto-Replenish Order.

Fresh Rewards

All Auto-Replenish orders are eligible to receive Fresh Rewards points. Your account will be credited for the transaction total after discounts, not including tax.

Carts with Auto-Replenish products will not see Fresh Rewards redemption options, even if you have a regular “non-Auto-Replenish” product in your cart. To redeem a Fresh Reward/s on a regular product, we suggest placing a separate order.

If there is a Double Points promotion during the time that your replenishment order is processed, then your account will be credited 2x points for every dollar spent after the discount and before tax.

In the instance that your replenishment order occurs during your birthday month, that order will earn 2x points if it is your first order during the month.

Fresh Rewards (fresh funds and birthday awards) cannot be applied to Auto-Replenish orders (initial and recurring).

Additional terms

We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your replenishment order/s at any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you. Auto-Replenish is only available for shipping within the forty-eight (48) contiguous US states.
