1. General Overview

Fresh provides our customers with the opportunity to purchase eGift Cards for use on our online store, fresh.com. We offer the ability to send/activate gift cards immediately or at a future date.

During the purchasing process, a recipient name and email address will be collected. The recipient will receive an email with the gift card number, card PIN, and any additional information requested by the sender.

Fresh eGift Cards should be treated like cash. They can be used on any fresh product and product bundles on our site. Our cards are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, even partially, in the event of loss, theft, or expiration. They cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

2. How do I purchase an eGift card?

Customers can order an eGift card here. eGift Cards can be purchased using a Visa, Amex, Mastercard credit card. Simply enter email address in the recipient field. Upon completion of the purchase, the eGift card will be delivered to the email. We reserve the right to refuse to honor a card/purchase attempt that displays signs of fraudulent activity.

3. How long is an eGift card valid?

Fresh eGift card will be expired 1 year from the date of purchase. Unused amount shall be forfeited automatically upon the expiry date.

4. What eGift card values can I purchase?

It is possible to custom the eGift Cards amount, with a range from HK$300 to HK$1,000.

5. How do I check the balance on my eGift card?

There are three ways to check your eGift Card balance. Using the confirmation link sent at the time of activation on fresh.com by clicking here.

6. How and where can I redeem my eGift card?

Our eGift Cards can be redeemed ONLY online at fresh.com. To redeem online, enter the gift card number and 4-digit PIN on the payment page at checkout. Our eGift Cards CANNOT be redeemed in fresh shops or third-party retailers.

7. Can I make partial redemptions?

Yes. You may select how much you wish to pay with your eGift card at the checkout page and pay the remaining amount with another payment option.

8. Can I use multiple eGift cards at checkout?

You can use ONLY ONE eGift Card per online order.

If your eGift card balance is less than your order total, you can cover the balance with a credit card.Any remaining balance can be used against future purchases.

9. Can I add additional value to my eGift card?

We are unable to increase the balance of an existing eGift Card.

If you would like to add value to an already existing eGift Card, we suggest placing an order for a new eGift Card.

10. What are the conditions of use of an eGift card?

Our eGift Cards can be used to purchase any Fresh product on Fresh Online Shop. It cannot be used for the purchase of another eGift Card.

Unless otherwise specified, promotional offers or discounts do not apply to the purchase of the eGift Card.

Our eGift Cards are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, even partially, in the event of loss, theft, or expiration. They cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

11. What happens if I lose my eGift card email for redemption?

There is a chance that the email will be treated as spam or the recipient will not notice it in their inbox. If a spam filter is blocking our emails from getting to an inbox, the recipient's email options will need to be modified so that our emails are not considered spam.

eGift card will not be replaced if lost or stolen without the purchaser's confirmation email as proof of purchase. Fresh eGift cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly. Fresh will not be liable for redeemed eGift cards if they have been stolen. Please do not display your eGift cards number and PIN online.

12. Can I return product ordered using an eGift card?

Products purchased by an eGift Card are eligible for return and are subject to fresh’s returns policy Read Here. In the event of a return of your order, your eGift card will be credited for the amount used. If you have completed your purchase with another credit card, the refund credit will be made to both your eGift Card and the credit cards used to complete the purchase, in the amounts originally charged.

13. Will I earn Fresh Rewards for purchasing eGift card?

Unfortunately, you will not earn points for purchasing eGift card. Points will only be credited to the person redeeming the eGift card.
