Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Priority shipping orders received before 12PM (noon) EST will be shipped the same day. Processing and shipping time does not include weekends, and orders placed on Friday after 12PM (noon) EST, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
We apologize, but currently we are unable to process and ship orders to destinations outside of the Continental United States.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving.
Second day and Overnight: Orders must be placed by 12PM (noon) Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day. Overnight orders that ship on Friday will not be delivered until Monday (excluding holidays).
Shipping charges are based on order totals and Fresh offers free shipping on all orders over $50, excluding tax and gift wrap. Standard shipping takes approximately 5 business days. Second day and Overnight delivery is available for an additional charge.
We can not deliver shipments to PO Boxes.Shipping and Handling Charges:

· Second day (3-6 business days): $19
· Overnight (1-3 business days): $22 (Saturday delivery not available)
Please note that Fresh cannot ship perfumes to APO/FPO addresses as we can only ship to these addresses using United States Postal Service. We thank you for your understanding.
Fresh accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
· For security reasons your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.
· Fresh cannot process any credit card with a billing address outside of the United States.
· All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.
Fresh Inc. is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Arizona, California, Illinois, Massachusetts, Nevada, New York, Texas, Washington and New Jersey.
BACKORDERS & OUT OF STOCK
If you order a product that is currently out of stock, you will receive an email to let you know about it. We will advise you of the possible in stock date and request a confirmation for a backorder, exchange or cancel instructions.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Fresh would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. At this time, we are unable to accept Fresh.com returns in our Fresh stores. Fresh.com will only accept returns on items purchased through the fresh.com website, and these items must be accompanied by a receipt and order number. We are unable to accept returns on items purchased from any other Fresh retailers. To return or exchange your online purchase or for any other order discrepancy, please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. We are unable to refund the freight charges and we cannot accept any used products after that period.
COLOR ON THE INTERNET
Fresh wants you to enjoy the products you buy from us. Please keep in mind that color monitors display colors differently, so if you have concerns about specific colors of makeup, please email our customer service. We'll get back to you right away with information to help you select the colors that are right for you.
Every Fresh.com order will be shipped with 3 free samples of featured products. Unfortunately, due to the large number of requests we receive we can only send samples with orders.
