Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Once your order is placed it will be reviewed. Orders will be dispatched within 24 - 48 hours upon us receiving your order. 

Fresh reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms and Conditions.

Because we want to offer you the quickest delivery possible, please kindly be advised once your order enters our system, we are not able to cancel it.

Please kindly be advised we do not provide replacements.

International Shipping

We apologise but currently we are unable to process and ship orders to destinations outside of the UK on fresh.com/UK. To place an international order, please call 0207 486 4100.

Shipping & Handling

When you place an order with Fresh.com/UK your goods will be dispatched within 24 - 48 hours upon us receiving your order. 

All orders are processed on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays within England). Please note that if your order was placed over the weekend, it will be processed the following week. 

After processing, orders may take up to 5 working days to be delivered.
