Upon close research and analysis, fresh scientists discovered our exclusive white truffle has the distinctive power to activate components of the skin that help support firmness and smoothness. Our exclusive white truffle extract is proven by fresh scientists to help improve skin quality by elevating skin’s design from within. 

How is the white truffle for this serum harvested?

Our exclusive extract is verified to be responsibly sourced from white truffles that grow wild in a designated area of the forests of Alba, Italy. Between October and December, optimal environmental conditions allow the white truffles to form. At maturation, the white truffles produce a strong smell. In a long-standing local tradition, master truffle hunters use expertly trained dogs that detect the smell and handpick the precious white truffles. The process of finding the white truffles requires patience and attention to detail. With sustainability of the rare plant a necessity, the hunters collect the truffles very carefully to ensure there will be enough truffle to grow and hunt in the future. This pristine environment helps to yield a pure white truffle. In an in-depth scientific analysis conducted by a third-party lab, over 500 elements were tested and not detected, demonstrating that there are no known traces of pesticides or impurities in our white truffles.

How do you obtain the white truffle extract? 

After our white truffle is carefully collected, it is frozen at peak freshness using a cryo-preservation process. Cryo-preservation is an advanced system for natural preservation that maintains the nutritional characteristics of the Alba white truffle. It is then purified using a patented* enzymatic extraction process to release 100% of the truffle’s bioactive compounds. Capturing all the active molecules from the white truffle in one potent extract to help fade the look of expression lines and wrinkles and redefine facial contours.

How is fresh helping to protect and preserve the white truffle?? 

Because our white truffle relies on precise environmental conditions that must be maintained, we are committed to helping protect its natural habitat. Since 2020, we have been partnering with a nonprofit association based in Alba, Italy, called Save the Truffle whose mission is to safeguard the white truffle ecosystem. So far, this partnership has led to 350 new trees planted, 645,000+ square feet of woods preservation, 500 hours of winter maintenance and tree planting, and 250 students educated on truffle preservation.
