Because our white truffle relies on precise environmental conditions that must be maintained, we are committed to helping protect its natural habitat. Since 2020, we have been partnering with a nonprofit association based in Alba, Italy, called Save the Truffle whose mission is to safeguard the white truffle ecosystem. So far, this partnership has led to 350 new trees planted, 645,000+ square feet of woods preservation, 500 hours of winter maintenance and tree planting, and 250 students educated on truffle preservation.
