What is the Fresh Rewards program?

Fresh Rewards is our loyalty program. For every dollar you spend on merchandise net of promotions and discounts (excluding the purchase of egift certificates, gift cards, taxes, and shipping fees) at any Fresh Boutiques & Deparment store counters in Singapore and/or on fresh.com/sg, you receive one point.

Who is eligible to join Fresh Rewards?

Membership is limited to individuals only, and is limited to one account per individual. A valid email address & mobile number is required to register for the program. You must be 18 years or older. By signing up for the Fresh Rewards program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The program is void where prohibited by law.

What does it cost to join Fresh Rewards?

Enrollment is free. No purchase is necessary to become a member of Fresh Rewards.

How do I enroll in the Fresh Rewards program?

You can join the Fresh Rewards program online or at any Fresh shop in Singapore. To enroll online, go to here and click on the ‘Create an Account’ button. You also have the opportunity to enroll after completing an online purchase. To enroll at one of our Fresh Boutiques & Department Store counters in Singapore, please notify one of our Fresh Alchemists, and he or she will help you sign up.

How do I earn Fresh Rewards points?

You earn one point for every dollar you spend on merchandise net of promotions and discounts (excluding the purchase of egift certificates, gift cards, taxes, and shipping fees) purchased online at fresh.com/sg or at any Fresh Boutiques & Department Store counters in Singapore. Points accrue automatically when you make a purchase; you must be logged into your Fresh Rewards account for points to automatically accrue for your fresh.com purchases. When purchasing items at our Fresh Boutiques & Department Store counters in Singapore, let our Fresh Alchemist know that you are a member of Fresh Rewards by giving them your registered mobile number. Fresh Rewards points have no cash value and can only be redeemed for rewards.

How do I access my Fresh Rewards account?

Your Fresh Rewards account can be accessed on fresh.com simply by logging in with your registered mobile number under the ‘My Account’ button at the top of the webpage, here. If you need assistance, please visit our Help Center. Send a Message to Customer Service, select Fresh Rewards from the options, and reference the email address and/or mobile number registered to your Fresh Rewards account.

How do I redeem my Fresh Rewards points?

When you are logged into your account, you can check your status, point balance, and activity at any Fresh Boutique or Department Store counter in Singapore or on fresh.com/sg. Fresh Rewards points redemption can only be done in store at any of our Fresh Boutique or Department Store counter in Singapore. When you redeem, your points will be deducted from your Fresh Rewards account.

Do my Fresh Rewards points expire?

Yes, your points will expire by the end of each calendar year, with the exception points earned from purchases made in November & December of the year, these points will be automatically carried forward to the next calendar year.

Can I earn points for purchases made prior to enrollment?

Points cannot be retroactively accrued for purchases made prior to enrollment in Fresh Rewards.

How do I receive my Fresh Rewards welcome gift?

All Fresh Rewards members are eligible to receive a welcome gift from any Fresh Boutique or Department Store counter in Singapore. We regret that we are unable to send the welcome gift from fresh.com/sg. When picking up your welcome gift at one of our Fresh Boutique & Department Store counter, please make sure to let one of our Fresh Alchemist know that you are a Fresh Rewards member by providing your registered mobile number. Limit one welcome gift per member.

How do I use my Fresh Rewards birthday gift?

To be eligible to receive a birthday gift, you must have a valid date of birth record in our system and be enrolled in Fresh Rewards prior to the start of your birthday month. Birthday rewards are only redeemable once annually.

The birthday reward cannot be applied to a previous purchase. The birthday reward is not cash; has no cash value without a purchase; and may not be altered, sold, bartered, transferred, or redeemed for cash. The birthday reward is subject to change, alteration, or termination by Fresh at any time, without prior notice.

Birthday gift can only be redeemed in our Fresh Boutique or Department Store counter at any time during your birthday month. Online redemption is not available at the moment. No purchase is necessary to receive your birthday gift at our Fresh Boutique or counter. Simply speak to our Fresh Alchemist that you are a Fresh Rewards member by providing them with your registered mobile number and flash your birthday gift invite.

Likewise, you can redeem your birthday gift in Fresh Boutique or Department Store counter at any time during your birthday month. Simply speak to our Fresh Alchemist that you are a Fresh Rewards member by providing them with your registered mobile number and flash your birthday gift invite.

All Fresh Rewards members are also eligible for Double Points (receive two points for every dollar spent net of promotions, discounts, taxes, and shipping charges) on their first transaction during their birthday month at any Fresh Boutique or Department Store counter in Singapore or on fresh.com/sg.

What are Fresh Funds?

Fresh Funds rewards are instant discounts applied to the purchase of merchandise (excluding the purchase of egift certificates, gift cards, taxes, and shipping fees) at any Fresh Boutique only in exchange for the redemption of points. You can redeem Fresh Funds reward only once per membership period, and it cannot be brought forward from one membership card log to another. The Fresh Funds rewards are not cash; have no cash value without a purchase; and may not be altered, sold, bartered, transferred, or redeemed for cash. The Fresh Funds reward is subject to change, alteration, or termination by Fresh at any time.

How do I redeem a Fresh Funds reward?

To redeem a Fresh Funds reward, you can inform the Fresh Alchemist at any Fresh Boutique upon your purchase. Fresh funds cannot be applied to a previous purchase. Fresh Funds rewards may be combined with certain promotions and offers where specified by Fresh.

What benefits do I get with Freshie status?

Freshie members enjoy the welcome gift of 10% off their online purchase with no order minimum. Freshie members also receive email updates on the latest launches.

What is Fan status?

Fresh Rewards members who spend a first minimum of S$100 on merchandise net of promotions and discounts (excluding the purchase of egift certificates, gift cards, taxes, and shipping fees) at any Fresh Boutique or counter and/or on fresh.com will earn Fan status. Fan status is only valid for the 12 month period following the date of your qualification. Once this 12 month period expires, you may downgrade to a Freshie if you do not qualify for any Friend to Forever tiers.

What benefits do I get with Fan status?

Fan members enjoy a welcome gift and 2x rewards points during 1st purchase of birthday month. Fan members also receive Fan-exclusive pre-launch previews, pre-sampling and events invites, and occasionally, Fresh offers Fresh Fan members additional gifts and promotions.

What is Friend status?

Fresh Rewards members who spend a combined minimum of S$250 on merchandise net of promotions and discounts (excluding the purchase of egift certificates, gift cards, taxes, and shipping fees) at any Fresh Boutique or counter and/or on fresh.com within a 6 month period will earn Friend status. Friend status is only valid for the 12 month period following the date of your qualification. Once this 12 month period expires, you must requalify annually for Friend status.

What benefits do I get with Friend status?

Friend members enjoy the benefit of welcome gift which contains fresh items in mini sizes and a Friend-exclusive fresh cosmetic pouch. Friend members also receive a birthday gift, 2x rewards points during their 1st purchase of birthday month. Friend members also receive access to exclusive members-only pre-launch previews, pre-sampling and events invites, and occasionally, Fresh offers Fresh Family members additional gifts and promotions.

What is Family status?

Fresh Rewards members who spend a combined minimum of S$600 on merchandise net of promotions and discounts (excluding the purchase of egift certificates, gift cards, taxes, and shipping fees) at any Fresh shop in the United States and/or on fresh.com within a 12 month period will earn Family status. Family status is only valid for the 12 month period following the date of your qualification. Once this 12 month period expires, you must requalify annually for Family status.

What benefits do I get with Family status?

Family members enjoy the benefit of welcome gift which contains fresh items in mini sizes and a Family-exclusive fresh cosmetic pouch. Family members also receive a birthday gift, 2x rewards points during their 1st purchase of birthday month and access to exclusive members-only pre-launch previews, pre-sampling and events invites, and occasionally, Fresh offers Fresh Family members additional gifts and promotions. As a valued Family member, you will also receive access to an exclusive redemption menu that you can redeem with your rewards points, this includes a one-time off offer to redeem fresh funds (A.K.A dollar off discount) with your fresh rewards points.

What is Forever status?

Fresh Rewards members who spend a combined minimum of S$1200 on merchandise net of promotions and discounts (excluding the purchase of egift certificates, gift cards, taxes, and shipping fees) at any Fresh Boutique or counter and/or on fresh.com within a 12 month period will earn Forever status. Forever status is only valid for the 12 month period following the date of your qualification. Once this 12 month period expires, you must requalify annually for Forever status.

What benefits do I get with Forever status?

As a valued Forever member, you receive access to exclusive members-only discount events, birthday reward, and occasionally, Fresh offers Forever members additional gifts and promotions. Forever members also enjoy the benefit of free ground shipping with no order minimum both online and in-store.
 
Forever members enjoy the benefit of welcome gift which contains fresh items in mini sizes and a Forever-exclusive fresh cosmetic pouch. Forever members also receive a birthday gift, 2x rewards points during their 1st purchase of birthday month, access to exclusive members-only pre-launch previews, pre-sampling and events invites, and occasionally, additional gifts and promotions exclusive to Forever members.

How can I view my Fresh Rewards account?

To view your Fresh Rewards account, simply log in to your online account and click Rewards under your profile.

How can I earn multiple Fresh Rewards points?


All Fresh Rewards members are eligible for Double Points (receive two points for every Ringgit spent) on their first transaction at any Fresh Boutique or Department Store counter and/or on fresh.com/my during their birthday month.

Additionally, Fresh occasionally offers Fresh Rewards members the opportunity to receive multiple points for purchases at any Fresh Boutique or Department Store counter and/or on fresh.com/my. Keep an eye out for these limited-time offers and events.

Can I combine my rewards?

Rewards cannot be combined unless specified. Any promotion where Fresh Rewards members receive multiple points for purchases at Fresh shops in the United States and on fresh.com, including during their birthday month, as well as any other discount, may not be combined. These offers are also not valid with any other promotions unless specified.

What happens to my Fresh Rewards points if I return merchandise?

If any item for which you earned points is returned, the points earned in connection with that purchase will be deducted from your account. Any points redeemed in connection with a purchase (i.e., points redeemed for Fresh Funds) are forfeited.

What happens if I return merchandise from an order on which I used a Birthday reward or a Fresh Funds reward?

Upon return of merchandise, Fresh will refund the price actually paid after applying the discount. Exchanges of the same item will be credited for the full transaction value including the discount. Rewards used in connection with that purchase will be forfeited and not credited to the account.

How do I reactivate my Fresh Rewards account if I’ve canceled my membership?

If you've canceled your membership, you can reactivate it at any time by contacting Customer Service. Please visit our Help Center. Send a Message to Customer Service, select Fresh Rewards from the options, and reference the email address registered to your Fresh Rewards account.
