Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Once your order is placed it will be reviewed. Orders will be dispatched within 1 - 2 business days upon us receiving your order.
Fresh reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms and Conditions.
Because we want to offer you the quickest delivery possible, please kindly be advised once your order enters our system, we are not able to cancel it.
Please kindly be advised we do not provide replacements.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We apologise but currently we are unable to process and ship orders to destinations outside of Singapore on fresh.com/SG.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
All orders are processed on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding Public Holidays within Singapore). Please note that if your order was placed over the weekend, it will be processed the following week.
After processing, orders may take up to 3 working days to be delivered.

Express Delivery
Shipping cost: SGD 8
Time frame: 1 - 2* business days
*For next day delivery, make your order before 7am (our warehouse is closed on Weekends and Public Holidays).
Standard Delivery
Shipping cost: SGD 5
Time frame: 2 - 5 business days
*Free standard shipping for all orders above min spend of SGD 80.
