Purchases made on fresh.com Canada may be returned within 30 days of purchase by contacting us through the above contact form or by calling +1 (833) 858-1115. We will provide a return authorization number as well as shipping instructions for your return package. Return shipping and handling charges are the customer's responsibility.
fresh.com Canada purchases cannot be exchanged or returned in-store. Please return the item(s) in its original product packaging. Please allow 7-10 business days of processing time. You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your package and process your return. Fresh.com Canada reserves the right to deny returns for items that do not meet the return policy requirements.
Damaged Products:
When your Fresh.com order arrives, please inspect the package and its contents for any damage. While it is normal for the outer shipping carton to show minor wear from transit, if you believe a product in your shipment is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at inquiries@fresh.com or 1-833-858-1115. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number along with your email address and phone number. We may request photos of the damaged product, the packing slip located in the shipping carton, and the original shipping packaging for review. If, after review, we confirm that the product is damaged or defective, we will contact you to discuss available options. Please note, if a refund is issued, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
