ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order is placed it will be reviewed.

Fresh reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms and Conditions.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Business Days:

Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays within Canada.

Orders received by 11am EST on business days will be shipped the same day. Orders made after 11am EST will ship the following business day. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPMENT TIMING

If you have a question about the status of your order, please reference the tracking number in your confirmation email and call us at +1 (833) 858-1115. Please allow 24 business hours to receive a response.

SHIPPING COSTS:

· Standard Shipping (Delivers in 2-5 business days): $8.95. Fresh offers free Standard Shipping on orders $50+ (no code required), excluding tax and gift wrap.

· Express Shipping (2-Day. Delivers in 1-4 business days): $10.95

· Priority Shipping (Next Day. Delivers in 1-2 business days): $15.95

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS & SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Certain items are considered hazardous materials. These products include aerosols and alcohol-based products such as fragrances, liquid cleansers and toners, etc. These products are required to be shipped by Standard Shipping, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. In the case you have selected such items in your Shopping Bag, standard shipping will be automatically applied to you order at checkout.

We cannot deliver shipments to PO Boxes. Also please note that Fresh cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses as we can only ship to these addresses using Canada Post. We thank you for your understanding.
