Same Day Delivery Service

Order between 10am – 2pm Monday to Saturday and receive your order the very same day.

How does it work?

Email or call our Marylebone boutique to place your order and process payment.

You will then receive:

A confirmation email saying your order is being processed.

An email from the courier containing a link for you to track your order.

The receipt will be included in your order.


How much does it cost? 

Same-day delivery is £10, and complimentary for orders from £75 purchase.

What is the cut-off order time to qualify for same-day delivery service?

To ensure you receive your order on the same-day, the last orders need to be placed by 2pm.

Can I place an order through the phone?

Yes, you can place phone orders for 24 and 48 hour delivery on 020 7486 4100

Can my order be gift wrapped? Can I add a personal note?  

Yes we can offer complimentary gift wrapping and a personal note within your order.

Will I receive samples with my order? 

Yes, we will include samples in your order. These samples are subject to availability in the boutique.

There is an issue with my order, what can I do? 

For any issues with your order we advise you to contact customer service at ukcustomerservices@fresh.com. For any same day delivery queries please email us at fresh.uk@fresh.com.

What is the courier company you use for this service? 

We use GLH for our same-day delivery service.  

How will I know my order is on its way? Will they require a signature?  

You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order is on its way to you. You need to be present for the courier to deliver your order, however a signature will not be required.

I was not in when they attempted delivery? How can I get my order?  

If the delivery is unsuccessful, then it will return to the store and you will be refunded.

Will my order include an invoice?  

Yes, a receipt will be printed and placed in your order.

 Are there any product exclusions? 

There are no product exclusions.
