Position: Education Manager, West Coast Region

Fresh Inc. is looking for an Education Manager to be based in the field with responsibility for the West Coast Region. This position works closely with Sales Directors within the retail and specialty divisions, as well as Account Executives, to execute trainings/events within their region. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 
- Facilitating trainings in key markets
- Developing the product knowledge and selling skills of the sales team
- Strategic educational planning for various retail and specialty accounts
- Identifying opportunities in key doors and developing training programs   that best meet the needs of that account/location
- Facilitating all new hire/new store trainings within region
- Training and selling at all retail and specialty events within region
- Working to strengthen brand identity
- Developing relationships with account partners and account sales teams and/or strengthening existing relationships
- Growing sales and strengthening performance of stores/accounts within region

We are looking for a candidate who has previous training and sales experience, who is comfortable presenting/speaking in front of large audiences, and who possesses strong customer service skills. An undergraduate college degree is preferred, as well as beauty and/or luxury retailing experience.

Please note that this position will ideally be based in the Los Angeles, CA area. The role will require a home office, but the Education Manager will be expected to travel approximately 80%+ of the time.
