HOW DO I VIEW OR ORDER PRODUCTS?

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF AN ORDER I HAVE PLACED?

DOES FRESH TEST ITS PRODUCTS ON ANIMALS?
No, Fresh does not test its products on animals nor do we use animal by-products.

Fresh accepts Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
At this time Fresh.com cannot accept international orders online.  If you would like to place an order please call 1 800 FRESH20.

CAN FRESH SHIP TO PO BOXES/APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
Fresh ships via UPS and Fed Ex which cannot deliver to PO Boxes. For APO/FPO orders, please call 1 800 FRESH20 to place your order via phone.

IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ONLINE?
Ordering from Fresh online is safe and secure. Once you click on "Order Review," you're on a secure server that uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) advanced encryption technology. Your credit card information is encrypted when it is transmitted to us and is stored in a secure environment. SSL makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to read any of the information you send us via the secure server.  If you do not feel comfortable ordering online, we are happy to take your order via phone at 1 800 FRESH20 from 9am -5pm EST Monday – Friday.

DOES FRESH SHARE CUSTOMER INFORMATION?
Fresh is extremely serious about protecting your privacy. We will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away your name, email or address to anyone. Any information we collect is solely for the purpose of enhancing your shopping experience. We use email to communicate with you about your orders and to let you know about special product introductions and other Fresh news. You may opt out of receiving non-order related e-mail promotions by submitting your e-mail address here. To opt out of receiving physical mailers thru the US Postal Service, please submit your address here.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Fresh would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. Fresh.com will only accept returns on items purchased through the website with a receipt and order number.  To return or exchange a purchase please call or email customer service at returns@fresh.com within 14 days of receipt of your purchase to process its return or exchange. We are unable to accept used skin and bodycare products and fragrances after that period. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately or refund your original purchase price. We are unable to refund the freight charges.

WHAT IF THE ITEMS I RECEIVE ARE DAMAGED IN SHIPPING?
If your package was damaged in shipment, please contact us at 1 800 FRESH20.  We will replace the damaged items and place a claim with the shipping carrier who will pick up and inspect the package.

CAN I REQUEST SAMPLES?
3 Fresh samples are sent with every Fresh.com order.  Unfortunately, due to the high volume of requests we receive we can only send samples with orders.
