Q: What is the Fresh Family Rewards program?

 

A: Fresh Family Rewards is our loyalty program. For every dollar you spend on merchandise (excluding the purchase of egift certificates, gift cards, taxes, and shipping fees) at any Fresh shop in the United States and/or on fresh.com, you receive one point.

Q: Who is eligible to join Fresh Family Rewards?


A: Membership is limited to individuals only, and is limited to one account per individual. A valid email address is required to register for the program. You must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United States. By signing up for the Fresh Family Rewards program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The program is void where prohibited by law.

Q: What does it cost to join Fresh Family Rewards?

 

A: Enrollment is free. No purchase is necessary to become a member of Fresh Family Rewards.

 

Q: How do I enroll in the Fresh Family Rewards program?

 

A: You can join the Fresh Family Rewards program online or at any Fresh shop in the United States. To enroll online, go to fresh.com/freshfamilyrewards and click on the 'Enroll Now' button. You also have the opportunity to enroll after completing an online purchase. To enroll at one of our Fresh shops in the United States, please notify one of our Fresh Alchemists, and he or she will help you sign up.

 

Q: How do I earn Fresh Family Rewards points?

 

A: You earn one point for every dollar you spend on merchandise (excluding the purchase of egift certificates, gift cards, taxes, and shipping fees) purchased online at fresh.com or at any Fresh shop in the United States. Points accrue automatically when you make a purchase; you must be logged into your Fresh Family Rewards account for points to automatically accrue for your fresh.com purchases. When purchasing items at our Fresh shops in the United States, let a Fresh Alchemist know that you are a member of Fresh Family Rewards by giving them your registered email address. Fresh Family Rewards points have no cash value and can only be redeemed for rewards.

 

Q: How do I access my Fresh Family Rewards account?

 

A: Your Fresh Family Rewards account can be accessed on fresh.com simply by logging in with your registered email address under the ‘Rewards’ button at the top of the webpage. If you need assistance, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-FRESH20 or email freshfamilyrewards@fresh.com.

 

 

Q: How do I redeem my Fresh Family Rewards points?

 

A: When you are logged into your account, you can check your status, point balance, activity at any Fresh shop in the United States or on fresh.com, as well as redeem points for rewards.

When you redeem, your points will be deducted from your Fresh Family Rewards account.

 

Q: Do my Fresh Family Rewards points expire?

 

A: As long as you make a purchase at a Fresh shop in the United States or on fresh.com within the last 24 months, your points will remain active.

 

Q: How do I receive my Fresh Family Rewards welcome samples gift?

 

A: All Fresh Family Rewards members are eligible to receive a welcome gift from any Fresh shop in the United States and fresh.com upon enrollment. We regret that we are unable to send the welcome gift from fresh.com without an online purchase of $25 or more at the time of redemption. When picking up your welcome gift at one of our Fresh shops, please make sure to let one of our Fresh Alchemists know that you are a Fresh Family Rewards member by providing your registered email address. No purchase is necessary to receive your welcome gift at a Fresh shop.

 

Q: How do I receive my Fresh Family Rewards birthday gift?

 

A: All Fresh Family Rewards members are eligible to receive a birthday gift from any Fresh shop in the United States and fresh.com during their birthday month. We regret that we are unable to send the birthday gift from fresh.com without an online purchase of $25 or more at the time of redemption. When picking up your birthday gift at one of our Fresh shops, please make sure to let one of our Fresh Alchemists know that you are a Fresh Family Rewards member by providing your registered email address. No purchase is necessary to receive your birthday gift at a Fresh shop.

 

All Fresh Family Rewards members are also eligible for Double Points (receive two points for every dollar spent) on their first transaction at any Fresh shop in the United States and fresh.com during their birthday month.

 

Q: What benefits do I get with Freshie status?

 

A: Freshie members enjoy the benefit of free ground shipping with no order minimum both online and in-store for one order of choice.

 

Q: What is Fresh Family status?

 

A: Fresh Family Rewards Members who spend a combined minimum of $200 on merchandise (excluding the purchase of egift certificates, gift cards, taxes, and shipping fees) at any Fresh shop in the United States and/or on fresh.com within a 12 month period will earn Fresh Family status. Fresh Family status is only valid for the 12 month period following the date of your qualification. Once this 12 month period expires, you must requalify annually for Fresh Family status.

 

Q: What additional benefits do I get with Fresh Family status?

 

A: As a Fresh Family member, you are eligible to receive one select Fresh product of your choice (excluding gift cards and pre-made sets) from 50ml Soy Face Cleanser, 15ml Lotus Youth Preserve Face Cream with Super 7 Complex, any 30ml face mask, or any 10ml eau de parfum rollerball upon qualification or annual requalification. Fresh Family members also enjoy the benefit of free ground shipping with no order minimum both online and in-store for one order of choice. Occasionally, Fresh offers Fresh Family members additional gifts.

 

Q: What is Fresh Forever status?

 

A: Fresh Family Rewards Members who spend a combined minimum of $700 on merchandise (excluding the purchase of egift certificates, gift cards, taxes, and shipping fees) at any Fresh shop in the United States and/or on fresh.com within a 12 month period will earn Fresh Forever status. Fresh Forever status is only valid for the 12 month period following the date of your qualification. Once this 12 month period expires, you must requalify annually for Fresh Forever status.

 

Q: What additional benefits do I get with Fresh Forever status?

 

A: As a valued Fresh Forever member, you are eligible to receive three different select Fresh products of your choice (excluding gift cards and pre-made sets) from 50ml Soy Face Cleanser, 15ml

Lotus Youth Preserve Face Cream with Super 7 Complex, any 30ml face mask, or any 10ml eau de parfum rollerball upon qualification or annual requalification. Occasionally, Fresh offers Fresh Forever members additional gifts, invitations to exclusive events, and previews of new upcoming products.  Fresh Forever members also enjoy the benefit of free shipping with no order minimum both online and in-store.

 

Q: How can I view my Fresh Family Rewards account?

 

A: To view your Fresh Family Rewards account, simply log in to your online account at www.fresh.com/freshfamilyrewards.

 

Q: How can I earn multiple Fresh Family Rewards points?

 

A: All Fresh Family Rewards members are eligible for Double Points (receive two points for every dollar spent) on their first transaction at any Fresh shop in the United States and fresh.com during their birthday month.

 

Additionally, Fresh occasionally offers Fresh Family Rewards members the opportunity to receive multiple points for purchases at Fresh shops in the United States and on fresh.com. Keep an eye out for these limited-time offers.

 

Q: Can I combine my rewards?

 

A: Any promotion where Fresh Family rewards receive multiple points for purchases at Fresh shops in the United States and on fresh.com, including during their birthday month, as well as any other discount may not be combined. These offers are also not valid with any other promotions.

 

Q: What happens to my Fresh Family Rewards points if I return merchandise?

 

A: Points will be deducted from your Fresh Family Rewards account when purchased merchandise, which earned you points, is returned. As a result, it is possible that your account could have a negative balance after merchandise is returned.

 

Q: How do I reactivate my Fresh Family Rewards account if I’ve canceled my membership?

 

A: If you've canceled your membership, you can reactivate it at any time by contacting Customer Service at 1-800-FRESH20 or freshfamilyrewards@fresh.com and providing your name and registered email address.
