Q: What is the Fresh Family Rewards program?

 

A: Fresh Family Rewards is our loyalty program. For every dollar you spend on merchandise (excluding the purchase of egift certificates, gift cards, taxes, and shipping fees) at any Fresh retail store in the United States and/or on Fresh.com, you receive one point. Once you reach 500 points, you can redeem them for a special gift.

 

 

Q: Who is eligible to join Fresh Family Rewards?

 

 

A: Membership is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. A valid email address is required to register for the program. You must be 13 years or older and a legal resident of the United States. Minors must obtain their parent's or legal guardian's consent prior to participation. By signing up for the Fresh Family Rewards program, you agree (or, if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The program is void where prohibited by law.

 

 

Q: What does it cost to join Fresh Family Rewards?

 

 

A: Enrollment is free. No purchase is necessary to become a member of Fresh Family Rewards.

 

 

Q: How do I enroll in the Fresh Family Rewards program?

 

 

A: You can join the Fresh Family Rewards program online or at any Fresh retail store in the United States. To enroll online, go to www.fresh.com/freshfamilyrewards and click on the 'Enroll Now' button. You also have the opportunity to enroll after completing an online purchase. To enroll at one of our Fresh retail stores in the United States, please let one of our store associates know you would like to join, and he or she will help you sign up.

 

 

Q: How do I earn Fresh Family Rewards points?

 

 

A: You earn one point for every dollar you spend on merchandise (excluding the purchase of egift certificates, gift cards, taxes, and shipping fees) purchased online or at any Fresh retail store in the United States. Points accrue automatically when you make a purchase. When purchasing items at our retail stores in the United States, let the associate know that you are a member of Fresh Family Rewards by giving them your registered email address or showing them your Fresh Family Rewards card. Each time you accumulate 500 points, you have the option to redeem them for an exclusive gift. After you redeem your points for a gift, the 500 points will be deducted from your Fresh Family Rewards account. You do not need to redeem your points at the time of reaching 500 points if you do not wish. Fresh Family Rewards points have no cash value and can only be redeemed for the exclusive gift.

 

 

Q: How do I access my Fresh Family Rewards account?

 

 

A: Your Fresh Family Rewards account can be accessed on Fresh.com simply by logging in with your registered email address under the ‘Rewards’ button at the top of the webpage. If you need assistance, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-FRESH20 or email freshfamilyrewards@fresh.com.

 

 

Q: How do I use the Fresh Family Rewards card?

 

 

A: The Fresh Family Rewards card is a membership card for our free loyalty program; it is not a credit card. If you would like a Fresh Family Rewards card, it can be picked up at any Fresh retail store in the United States. Fresh Family Rewards cards are not available by mail. You do not need a Fresh Family Rewards card to accumulate points on your account when shopping at any Fresh retail store in the United States or on Fresh.com. When shopping on Fresh.com, your registered email address is all that is needed to ensure your online purchase is automatically accounted for in your Fresh Family Rewards account. If you have misplaced your Fresh Family Rewards card, you can simply pick up a new one during your next visit to any Fresh retail store in the United States.

 

 

Q: How do I redeem my Fresh Family Rewards points?

 

 

A: Once you accumulate 500 points, you can redeem them for an exclusive gift at any Fresh retail store in the United States or on Fresh.com. When you reach 500 points, you will be made aware during the checkout process and given the opportunity to trade them in for your gift. If you choose to redeem your Fresh Family Rewards points online, we are only able to ship your gift if an online purchase of $25 or more has been made at the same time on Fresh.com. In this case, the gift will be shipped with merchandise purchases only.

 

 

Q: Do my Fresh Family Rewards points expire?

 

 

A: As long as you make a purchase at a Fresh retail store in the United States or on Fresh.com within the last 24 months, your points will remain active.

 

 

Q: How do I receive my Fresh Family Rewards birthday gift?

 

 

A: All Fresh Family Rewards members are eligible to receive a birthday gift from Fresh retail stores and Fresh.com. We regret that we are unable to send the birthday gift from Fresh.com without an online purchase of $25 or more at the time of redemption. When picking up your birthday gift at one of our Fresh retail locations, please make sure to let our associates know that you are a Fresh Family Rewards member by showing your Fresh Family Rewards card or providing your registered email address. No purchase is necessary to receive your birthday gift at a Fresh retail store.

 

 

Q: How do I transfer my existing ReFRESH rewards to Fresh Family Rewards points?

 

 

A: If you have a ReFRESH card, you may visit a Fresh retail store in the United States to roll over your existing punches into your new Fresh Family Rewards account. For every punch on your ReFRESH card, you will receive 100 points in your Fresh Family Rewards account.

 

 

Q: Will my $50 ReFRESH Rewards card expire?

 

 

A: No, your $50 ReFRESH Rewards card will not expire. Please note that although the ReFRESH program no longer exists in Fresh retail stores in the United States, all stores will accept the ReFRESH gift card.

 

 

Q: How can I view my Fresh Family Rewards account?

 

 

A: To view your Fresh Family Rewards account, simply log in to your online account at www.fresh.com/freshfamilyrewards.

 

 

Q: How can I earn double or triple Fresh Family Rewards points?

 

 

A: Occasionally, Fresh offers customers the opportunity to receive double and triple points for shopping at Fresh retail stores in the United States and on Fresh.com. Keep an eye out for these limited-time offers.

 

 

Q: What happens to my Fresh Family Rewards points if I return merchandise?

 

 

A: Points will be deducted from your Fresh Family Rewards account when merchandise is returned whose original purchase earned you points. As a result, it is possible that your account could have a negative balance after merchandise is returned.

 

 

Q: How do I reactivate my Fresh Family Rewards account if I’ve canceled my membership?

 

 

A: If you've canceled your membership, you can reactivate it at any time by contacting Customer Service at 1-800-FRESH20 or freshfamilyrewards@fresh.com and providing your name and registered email address.
