ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Priority shipping orders received before 7:00am EST will be shipped the same day. Processing and shipping time does not include weekends, and orders placed on Friday after 7am EST, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, please call 1-800-FRESH-20 (1 800 373 74 20) to place your order. Shipping rates vary.
We apologize, but currently we are unable to process and ship orders to destinations outside of the United States online. Please call 1-800-FRESH-20 (1 800 373 74 20) to place a phone order.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving.
Overnight and Second Day: Orders must be placed by 7am Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day. Overnight orders that ship on Friday will not be delivered until Monday (excluding holidays).
Shipping charges are based on order totals and Fresh offers free shipping on all orders over $50, excluding tax and gift wrap (free shipping not valid on Alaska and Hawaii orders). Standard shipping takes approximately 5 business days. Second day and overnight delivery is available for an additional charge.
We can not deliver shipments to PO Boxes.Shipping and Handling Charges:
· Standard: $6 - Free shipping for orders over $50
· Second day: $19
· Overnight: $22 (Saturday delivery not available)

Please note that Fresh cannot ship perfumes to APO/FPO addresses as we can only ship to these addresses using United States Postal Service. We thank you for your understanding.
PAYMENT METHODS
Fresh accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
· For security reasons your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.
· Fresh cannot process any credit card with a billing address outside of the United States.
· All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.
SALES TAX
Fresh Inc. is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Arizona, California, Illinois, Massachusetts, Nevada, New York, and New Jersey.
BACKORDERS & OUT OF STOCK
If you order a product that is currently out of stock, you will receive an email to let you know about it. We will advise you of the possible in stock date and request a confirmation for a backorder, exchange or cancel instructions.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Fresh would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. Fresh.com will only accept returns on items purchased throught the website with a receipt and order number. To return or exchange your purchase or for any other order discrepancies, please email us at returns@fresh.com within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. We are unable to refund the freight charges and we cannot accept any used skin products after that period.
COLOR ON THE INTERNET
Fresh wants you to enjoy the products you buy from us. Please keep in mind that color monitors display colors differently, so if you have concerns about specific colors of makeup, please email our customer service. We'll get back to you right away with information to help you select the colors that are right for you.
SAMPLES
Every Fresh.com order will be shipped with 3 free samples of featured products. Unfortunately, due to the large number of requests we receive we can only send samples with orders.
