Position: Store Manager
Location: New York, NY
Boutique: Union Square
Primary Objective:
To ensure that the store meets and exceeds sales goals through the efficient management of the staff and of all operational aspects.
Responsibilities:
- Achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Developing a client base
- Ensuring that store team meets or exceeds quota and productivity goals on a regular basis.
- Managing staff in the store by hiring, training, coaching, and developing employees.
- Managing employee productivity
- Ensure that the store is adequately staffed at all times.
- Manages store budget
- Effectively schedules team to meet the demands of the store’s business.
- A act as a liaison between corporate and staff, communicating pertinent information to both parties.
- Managing the store’s inventory
- Maintaining and organizing sales floor and non-sell areas according to company standards.
- Filling out and sending necessary paperwork to corporate in a timely manner.
- Managing all operational aspects of store.
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
- Exceptional brand-awareness
- Knowledge of professional makeup application and skincare products
- Independent, self-motivated, and energetic
- Sales experience and excellent sales closing skills
- Outgoing and friendly
- College degree preferred
- Experience managing employees
